Carclo has invested in Conductive Inkjet Technology and Platform Diagnostics to develop new technologies and proprietary know-how to underpin future growth and enhance shareholder value.
Conductive Inkjet Technology
Conductive Inkjet Technology (CIT) offers breakthrough UV curable inks and technology for the direct write of conductive metals onto non-porous substrates. CIT promises to provide the lowest cost enabling technology solution for many such products, including RFID tags, smart packaging, medical sensors, touch screens and innovative displays. The CIT inks have been adapted for digital inkjet printing and conventional flexographic printing. Demonstration facilities have been installed in CIT's facility in Cambridge and production supply has commenced. A patented photo-lithographic process permits ultra-fine features and extends the CIT technology into new generation OLED displays.
